Brief was to build a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) along with a forward facing publishing platform that aids in the promotion and awareness of the music service. A continuing large scale project that has seen us develop a staff training programme to enable key staff members to think like “content curators” and capture content for publishing. We’ve also rolled out a complete Google Apps platform for the organisation with over 120 staff email accounts and associated documents.
Music Cornwall are also now using Google Apps as an effective method of enabling staff to submit timetable information electronically for payroll purposes. This joined up cloud based solution has really brought them up to speed.
